The problem of moving house is making sure all your friends get your new address and add it to their Christmas card lists.  It’s the same with moving blogs.  How to get all those lovely people who followed me at the old address to come to the new one and sign up.  I can (and will) contact all those who followed me by email.  For those of you that followed by WordPress, I need you to visit and click ‘Follow’ again!

So here’s the deal.

Enter my Giveaway for a copy of the Princelings Trilogy in paperback.  I’ll give away one copy for every 50 entrants.  Anywhere in the world.  How does that sound?

And if you didn’t follow me before, you can still enter!  Just sign up to follow me by email.

If you’ve already followed me again, you can still enter (with the follow option you’ve used).

Hi Jemima! I hope this works. I have shared on my FB page (not sure if there’s overlap between our followers, but maybe some of mine will discover your great books!). I’ll link from my blog, too.

Hey, one bit of weirdness. When I post a comment, I am redirected to a “post not found” message. The comment posts fine–I can click on the post in the sidebar and come back and there’s my comment. There just seems to be a small glitch on the way. Anyone else having this experience? Or am I special?

Yes I had that yesterday. It wasn’t happening before. But I had a similar problem with another, entirely different site. Fingers crossed it goes away again.

Yay for your new blog! I never had to do the switching thing, but even switching themes was a nightmare! Happy to tweet about your giveaway. 🙂

I just got it when I was doing something internal to the site. I don’t know what the answer is; hopefully it won’t be too much of a pain for people.
Click the Jemima Pett at the top of the page and it will get you to the homepage – much better than trying to Search!

Another friend has been complaining about her wordpress blog. Seems like they’re having unscheduled maintenance.

I’m not a”wordpress” person, but just an FYI, I had to re-load twice to get the form.

Thanks, Judy. I had to do an upgrade the other day, which was probably the reason it was misbehaving earlier in the week, but I thought it was fixed now. Obviously not. Sorry you had trouble with it.

I think the comments are working ok now. Haven’t had any problems for a couple of weeks, at any rate (fingers crossed and touching wood!)
