Across the ocean
Or travelling to join me,
Friends are always here.
One of my lamer attempts, but in honour of a visit from some Stateside friends. They’ve really come to see my guinea pigs. The picture is at Sandringham, one of the Queen’s residences, not my house!
To celebrate, I’ve made Bravo Victor FREE on Amazon today, 10th June, and tomorrow, 11th, from midnight PST (8 am London time).

Tuesday haiku – friendship
Can’t imagine that is not your house! The gardens must be lovely, but does the Queen have guinea pigs?
I have a feeling that one of the royal household had piggies as a child but I can’t remember who. 🙂
The queen has corgis, I wonder how they would get on with guinea pigs? 🙂
You can be glad that’s not your house. Imagine trying to keep that place dusted! (And free of dog hair. We just visited friends with two corgis. They she’d a LOT!). (Do guinea pigs shed?).
Stupid auto-correct. I fixed “shed” and it STILL did it wrong!
Probably not as much as corgis. 🙂
Thank you, Jemima, for the free ebook. The book sounds so good I’m now interested in the series. You’re a new author for me. I’m an Anglophile and enjoy anything and everything by British authors. I also love British humor, TV, etc. I look forward to getting to know you. Have a wonderful day.
Thank you for stopping by and for your kind words, Mel. I hope you enjoy the books!
I like what you’ve written. Friendship is the answer of an age-old question:
Who’s always your side?
Regardless of everything
Only a true friend.
Hope you’ve liked my Haiku response.
For someone who started off not doing haikus, you’ve certainly got the bug! Nice one, Robin 🙂
THANKS for your kind compliment Jemima – – I truly appreciate it.
Have a GREAT THURSDAY !!! 🙂 🙂 🙂
