This is different – it’s a blog hop just to get to know other bloggers, and outside my usual circle of friends, thanks to Bruce Gargoyle who introduced it to me.  Cuddlebuggery is borderline rude in my parlance, but I reckon it’s probably fine in Strine.  I don’t even know yet whether Kat Kennedy at Cuddlebuggery is Strine, but I’m going to find out through this giveaway hop!

So, for new visitors, I’m Jemima, I write books – The Princelings of the East series, some scifi and some other things – live in Norfolk, UK, and spend the rest of my life blogging, reading, eating, and playing with my guinea pigs.  And a bit of birdwatching, gardening, golf and astronomy-type sky-watching, but not very well.  I also like stage musicals, which is one reason this giveaway button caught my eye!

I hope you’ll come back and investigate my blog in depth – you’ll find news and views on Mondays; excerpts and offers or haikus on Tuesday; Wednesday and Thursday anything can happen; Friday is Flash Fiction day, and Saturday is a book review.  Sunday should be a day of rest, but I’ve got a post coming on Sunday this week as well.

My Giveaway

K'Barthan 1

For my Giveaway, which runs from now until November 29th, I’m offering one winner living in Europe a paperback copy of book 1 in the K’Barthan trilogy, Few Are Chosen by M T McGuire, which is this week’s review.  You’ll discover I loved it!

I’m also offering three ecopies (worldwide) of the brand new BookElves Anthology Volume 1, which you can find on Amazon for Kindle and as a paperback, and also reviewing and telling you about a Goodreads Giveaway for it here.

The paperback is limited to Europe only, the ebooks are available worldwide.

The giveaway ends at midnight on 29 November 2014.

Don’t forget to go blog hopping after you’ve entered my Giveaway!

Thanks, Kat! Good to know my ears did not deceive me 🙂 Really happy to have found your blog in time to join in this blog hop!

The guinea pig is Fred, one of the Princelings, as he was at the start of the series.[spoiler alert] he’s a king now 🙂 [end spoiler]

Haha! I think the derivation is Cuddlebug-ery rather than Cuddle-buggery, which I agree sounds more than a bit intrusive!!
    Here’s to new blog connections!

I want MTM’s book! Sharing this giveaway on my blog tomorrow. Hope lots of people see these two great books (oh, yeah, I guess I’m in one of them. Still a great book 😀 ).

    • 16 November, 2014 at 11:25 pm

I think I can safely say that at least 85% of the second book is brilliant!

      • 17 November, 2014 at 4:38 am

If the 15% you are leaving out is yours, I will vouch for that! So I guess that means 100% 🙂
