The best thing for the clock ticking to 2021 was reflecting on all the extra time I had with my teen and husband as well as our granddaughter with me working from home and the girls being here on zoom classes. I really got a ton of extra bonding time with them that I loved.

2021 has to be better than 2020 although there were some perks. I saved a ton of money on gas by working from home. And fewer trips to the grocery store meant less impulse buying.

The best thing was all my great nieces and great nephew get to have their Christmas presents in the spring. They don’t understand the virus situation, just that they get presents in the spring, lol (They know that a virus is like being sick but that’s about all they understand.) My oldest great niece knows they had to have school at home due to the virus, but her younger brother just likes the masks, lol
