Full moon is (or was) at 04:52 UTC (GMT) which means it’s 5:52 in the UK.  I’d love to say I was there to see it at that moment, but sunrise is about an hour earlier, so the moon will set before it is completely full.

This was taken last night just before bedtime:

nearly full moon 270618

I wonder it was a full moon on this day the year I was born?  It would explain a lot about me if that was the case.

Anyway, my random act of wildness for my birthday is to gaze at the full moon, before or after the exact moment.  As with birthdays, a few days either way is no matter 🙂

June 16 full moon

Photos of the moon are my own; please credit under CC terms (see link in sidebar)

This is my contribution to #30DaysWild today.  You can still make a random act of wildness this month!

I’m sorry I missed your birthday- Penblwydd Hapus- I hope whatever wish you made of the full moon comes true, but if it was for the lottery would you mind just winning half and letting my ticket take the rest. I’ve so many plans.

You’ve not missed it – it’s today! Thank you for the birthday wishes, and if my numbers come up, of course you can have half!
