I love all of the decorations,baked goods etc. and seeing friends and family that I don’t see that often.
Will be enjoying a pleasant day of visiting and eating lots of good food with my kids along with a gift exchange. Always fun to see what we all get!

Colored lights. Seriously, I love the colored lights in the dark time of year. They really lift the spirits and I hate it when it’s time to take them down. I’m also pretty fond of all the family that gathers, starting in a few hours (so I’d better get on with breakfast and cleaning the house).

Happy Winter Solstice! The days are now getting longer.
My favorite thing about this time of the year is all the holiday traditions my family & I have!!! My favorite tradition is going to “Starlite Circle” with my family every year. It’s a small community where every house is decorated. We walk around looking at the holiday lights, drinking hot cocoa!!!! HAPPY HOLIDAYS!!!
