Goodreads First Reads

I had a surprise this morning.  I have ‘won’ a giveaway copy of The Airmen (Part One: The Pirates of Aireon) by R J Ashby in a Goodreads Giveaway.  Basically you put your name down against any of the books on the list; they are trying to get early reviews once launched.  There were nearly 1000 names on the list and I must have been one of the last to sign up, but there you go.

So when I get the book I will read and review it as a matter of priority.  I did read the first chapter and a little of the second online – it looks like fun.  I’m not sure whether you need to be logged into Goodreads to get to the link above, but I hope not.
