Pre-Sale means you can buy and read it now, before anyone else gets a look-in! I’m not sure how much it means to people, but I’m trying it out again.

If you decide to join my email newsletter from that page, you can buy it at a special price. Otherwise it’s $2.99. I think it’s a bargain, especially considering that at least two of the fifteen stories have not been published before, including a new Carruthers. I’m pretty proud of them, especially The Flying Whales Save Christmas.

Oh yes, most of the stories involve Christmas, and the rest involve some sort of wintry weather. The specific date range is November 30 to 1st January, or St Andrews Day to New Year’s Day. There’s a great deal of family involvement, some of which is quite sad, but most ends up as all good Christmas stories should. And Sir Woebegone and Willoughby are in there too! How could I leave them out?

And the paperback is just about out too. I found three typos in the paperback proof. One of them appears to have been in every version of the story since it was first on the blog in 2015! And none of my proofreaders have mentioned it! But I’ve fixed it now, in all versions.

The Pre-Sale is only available at Smashwords, here: https://www.smashwords.com/books/presale/1089604. It ends on 7th October, when the book goes live everywhere else.

If you just want to pre-order it, you can find it at all these other places.

I think they started earlier this year. I got it wrong for the first one I did in March, but I’ve sussed it out now.

So glad it’s out! And so sorry about those silly readers who didn’t find the typo… now I’m dying to know what it was. I’ll pop up a post to share the good news about this release—I can honestly vouch for the stories being great reads!
