A mountain of #writephoto prompts have gone through and I’m going to pick and choose for a while, just to get back in the swing of posting again. And stick to nice short haikus, then maybe some short fiction later. Thank you KL Caley for keeping the prompt going.
I really did too much for my hands to cope with in June, hence the need to rest in July. I thought this prompt was appropriate!

A very nice Haiku Jemima and very apt life can be an upward struggle sometimes, how we see the eventual view of more mountains is truly up to us 💜💜💜
Thanks, Willow. I have to keep reminding myself that I just need to tackle one mountain at a time. Today I hope to do some gardening. Just an hour , or less!
Lovely haiku! But that mountain looks DRY. I wonder where it is? Middle East?
I suspect it’s English, possibly Blencathra. As Esther says below we had a very dry spring.
Nice. I recall recently telling someone that when hiking there is *always* another false summit 😀
Just saying Hi, if WordPress will let me !
Looks dry ? Until June 17th, our world ( Westmorland ) , was dust dry, grass was brown,.thirsty trees dropping leaves.
Rain began on the 18th and hasn’t stopped.
Love silvered cobwebs on the sweet peas that almost died two months ago.
I didn’t realise you’d been that dry. Your plants probably suffered more because they’re used to so much wet.
